Born in Atlanta, Georgia, and later settling in upstate New York by way of Canada, Rachel’s path has been shaped by diverse experiences that strengthened her ability to navigate both the rational and the mystical. Her professional foundation began in healthcare as a Registered Nurse and clinical practice manager within pediatric and internal medicine, where she developed a deep respect for the body’s innate capacity to heal and a keen awareness of the emotional and energetic layers that often accompany physical wellness.

Over time, a lifelong spiritual curiosity evolved into a profound awakening. Rachel immersed herself in holistic and energetic healing modalities, becoming a Master Integrative Energy Therapy (IET) teacher and healer, working with the nine healing angels to support the release of trauma and energetic patterns without requiring individuals to relive painful experiences. Her path expanded into Akashic Records work, light language, crystal healing, and other intuitive practices — all integrated through a grounded, client-centered approach.

Today, Rachel’s work centers on helping people cultivate clarity, discernment, and trust in their own inner guidance. Through Akashic Records sessions, energy work, and spiritual mentorship, she supports individuals in releasing outdated patterns, reconnecting with their inner wisdom, and moving forward with greater alignment and confidence. Her approach blends depth with practicality, honoring both spiritual insight and real-life integration.
