My Story
Rachel Garrett’s life journey weaves together science, spirituality, and personal transformation. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, she grew up exploring the balance between her rational, medical background and a deep spiritual curiosity. After moving to upstate New York via Canada, Rachel settled into a life enriched by diverse experiences and practices. Her professional path began as a registered nurse managing a pediatric and internal medicine office, where she developed an intuitive understanding of human healing.
Her spiritual awakening unfolded over years of exploration, ignited by her interest in holistic modalities. Rachel became a Master Integrative Energy Therapy (IET) teacher and healer, working with the nine healing angels to release trauma and energy blockages without revisiting past pain. She also immersed herself in Akashic Records work, light language, quantum healing hypnosis, and crystal healing—blending her modalities to offer personalized, transformative experiences for clients.
Rachel’s passion for learning fuels her practice. She constantly seeks new knowledge to elevate her healing abilities and provide profound clarity for others. Humor and lightheartedness are central to her approach, creating a safe and approachable environment for clients to heal and grow.
