Theresa Nguyen’s spiritual story is as rich and transformative as her cultural roots. Born in the U.S. as the first child of Vietnamese refugees who fled during the Fall of Saigon, Theresa grew up with the values of resilience and gratitude instilled by her parents. Her Catholic upbringing, however, framed spirituality within rigid boundaries, fostering a fear of exploring beyond the confines of her religion. For years, this fear kept her natural curiosity and spiritual gifts at bay.
Her awakening came in her mid-thirties, during a time of self-reflection and longing for fulfillment. Theresa had achieved professional success, working as a nurse and later exploring energy healing, but something was missing. A pivotal moment occurred during a retreat at Mount Shasta in 2020. Theresa experienced an overwhelming energetic activation during a sound bath, surrendering to the flow of an unknown power. As her body moved involuntarily, guttural sounds emerged from her throat, and she saw visions of dragons above her. This experience was her initiation into dragon energy, a force of ancient wisdom, power, and healing.
Embracing this newfound connection, Theresa began channeling dragons and helping others activate their own healing potential. Her sessions combine dragon energy, light language, vocal toning, and sound healing to guide clients through profound transformations. Many come to her unaware of their own connection to dragon energy, only to discover its power during their sessions. Theresa finds immense joy in witnessing these activations, knowing she is helping others step into their unique spiritual journeys.
