My Story
My journey as a spiritual healer and intuitive educator and mentor did not begin in a classroom, it began with my life experiences. As a child, I knew I was different, my gifts were active but quiet. My education would be me through the traditional route of an AA in Psychology and a BS in Human Services. I was deeply entrenched in what made us tick. As I got older, the gifts became louder and couldn't be ignored. At 40, I found myself pregnant with my 4th child and in the midst of a life altering divorce. My daughter was born ill and traditional medicine failed us. I needed alternative ways to help heal her. Finally, after studying Reiki and becoming certified, I became a Reiki Master Teacher, certified in Usui, Karuna, and Lightarian Reiki. Within a year's time, she was healed, after 4 intestinal surgeries and internally bleeding for over 3 years she is now hospital free for over 8 years.
I call this the preparation for the most devastating loss of my life, the loss of my 27 year old son, Anthony, who died of a similar medical complication that my daughter had. Now at 50 I would find myself once again, in the midst of a battle. This opened a doorway that I didn't ask for, yet I was given. In the early days of grief, I would learn that grief is not an emotion but rather a portal to something deeper within yourself. Because of my spiritual connection and the work that I had done in the years prior to his death, I would be connected in ways that were deeply feeling and beautiful. My son, would come to me right away. I could see, feel, and hear him. In the early days it was a lifeline.
In ways beyond the human mind understanding, I had my son beside me, now in a different way. He would be my guide and he would help me through the process.
Pieces would unfold before me, like breadcrumbs left on a path, I would be guided ot begin writing. FROM DEATHT O LIFE THE INCREDIBLE TRUE STORY OF ANTHONY JOSEPH would be published just 1 year after Anthony death. i found writing cathartic. I went on to learn spiritual hypnosis and theta healing. These would help me unlayer the deeper aspects that had been hidden from my view. Hidden beleifs, patterns that were at my core. I needed to unlearn everything that i have been taught from childhood to today.
At 2 years after his death, I published my second piece THE CRYSTALLINE LIGHT SERIES 1-REACHING FOR YOU- MOTHER MARYS SPIRITUAL WORKBOOK FOR TRANSFORMATION. This book would require me to write for a year, integrate the energy for a year, and then embody and learn for another year.
There is a steadiness for someone who has walked through the fire. I hold space deeply for my clients. my work is not about pretending, bypassing, or spiritually sugar-coating life. i honor the painful, the sacred, the messy, the beautiful, the rageful, the miraculous, and the raw beside you. i stand as evidence that brokenness can become breakthrough. That grief can birth purpose. That loss can awaken gifts. That pain can open portals.
This led to Soul Passages, the signature work that has become the heart of my practice. Soul Passages sessions are far more than hypnosis. They are a sacred ceremony, a journey into the inner and spiritual worlds, a conversation between the conscious self and the soul. In these sessions, clients meet aspects of themselves they have forgotten, release patterns they have carried for lifetimes, and receive guidance directly from the deeper layers of their being. The work is profound. Transformative. Life-altering.
My first major spiritual series, Sacred Wellness Podcast, became a sanctuary for listeners seeking authentic, grounded conversations about healing, awakening, energetic boundaries, and reclaiming personal power. Each episode brought forward a sense of truth and empowerment not through complicated theory, but through lived wisdom.
