EnglishJessica Sauter is an animal communicator and intuitive guide who connects with animals, Spirit, Source, guides, and loved ones who have passed — hearing, seeing, and feeling them with remarkable clarity. With a lifelong bond to animals and a background in animal science, her gifts deepened through profound experiences with horses who became her greatest teachers. Jessica’s work goes beyond “what is my animal saying?” — she helps people reconnect to oneness and vibrational truth through the wisdom animals carry, offering their messages as teachings for the human heart. Her sessions are for those ready to listen deeply, build trust, and remember the simple, sacred connection that has always been there.
My Story
Animals have been my calling for as long as I can remember. Even when I was little, I felt like I could feel them — like there was a language happening underneath the obvious one. I didn’t have words for it back then. I just knew I belonged with them.
In college, I studied animal science, and I was sure I’d build a life in the equine world — training horses, learning the industry, being hands-on every day. I was in this incredible program where we worked with horses from the ground up: breeding, starting young horses, training with clinicians… it was a dream. But the deeper truth was that what pulled me most wasn’t just the training. It was the communication.
Then Rebel happened.
Rebel was an older horse in the program — about five — and from the beginning he was difficult. He tried to run me into the fence, took off with me, tested me constantly. One night after a really hard day, I went down to be with him. I was just standing there… and all of a sudden I heard him as clearly as if he spoke out loud: “Why should I trust you?”
I froze. And then he said, “Everyone before you has come, messed me up, and then left me. Why are you any different?”
That moment changed everything.
Rebel became one of my biggest teachers, because after him, it was like a door opened. I could hear so much more — not in some cartoon way like Dr. Doolittle, but in a real, energetic way. Sometimes it comes naturally, and sometimes I have to hone in intentionally, especially in sessions. But I realized I could communicate with animals of all kinds… even tiny ones like crickets. And I could also connect with Spirit—Source, guides, people who have passed. I hear, see, and feel them. It’s like a living conversation.
Even with all of that, I was young, and I wasn’t confident enough to put myself out there. I knew I could do it, but it felt vulnerable to be seen doing it. So I kept it close. I was careful about who I shared it with.
And still — life kept bringing me back.
Later, I had another horse who was so significant to me. His name was Huesos — Spanish for “bones” — because when I found him he was skin and bones. I was living in New Mexico then, managing a horse barn, and money was tight. I remember asking Spirit, please show me if I’m supposed to have this horse… I can’t afford to make the wrong choice. I came around the corner, and he immediately popped his head over the fence and looked straight at me. It was instant. I just knew: you’re supposed to be my horse.
He was magical — not just for me, but for other people too. Experiences like that kept confirming what I already knew in my bones: this connection is real.
When I’ve done sessions over the years, what I’ve loved most is what it does for people — the reassurance, the softening, the way something inside them remembers. And one of the biggest things I want for people is to trust that. So many people can tune in. It’s often just the brain that gets in the way, the doubt, the noise. The connection is already there.
More recently, I started getting the same message again and again: it is your time.
And I realized something important about what I’m here to do.
I don’t want to only do those one-on-one crisis sessions — “my animal is sick,” “my animal doesn’t feel good,” “I lost my pet.” Those moments matter, of course, but that isn’t where my heart wants to live. I want to work with people who are open and ready — to deepen the bond, to truly listen, to go further. When I asked Spirit what I’m supposed to focus on, the answer was so clear: teach — or maybe even more honestly, be the voice for the animals and what they are trying to teach you.
That’s the path that lights me up. Helping people reconnect to oneness, to vibrational communication, and to the simplicity animals understand so naturally. They know how life is meant to be. They live connection. They live presence. And I feel like they can guide us back home to ourselves.
Becoming a mother also changed everything. I have a son who is two, and something in me rose up — this deep desire to live as an example. I want him to see that you can be who you’re meant to be. I want him to feel proud of me, and more importantly, to learn confidence in who he is. I also want freedom — right now I have the classic 8-to-4 job, and I want a life where I can work and travel and give my son opportunities and experiences. I’m married, and my husband has three boys — my step-sons — so family is a huge part of why I’m doing this. I want all of them to grow up knowing you don’t have to get lost in the craziness of life. You can choose what you’re called to do.
This work brings me joy. It feels like remembering. And it feels like service — not just to people, but to the animals too. Because they’ve been speaking to us all along. I’m here to help us listen.
