My Story
From as early as I can remember, I felt different. As a child, I was surrounded by people—friends, family, classmates—yet, deep inside, I always felt alone. I tried to fit in, to be social, and I succeeded in appearances. But beneath the surface, I was carrying an unbearable weight—absorbing emotions, energies, and pains that weren’t mine. I didn’t understand why I always felt sick, drained, and overwhelmed.
Growing up in a Greek household, my mother believed in the evil eye and would say prayers over me when I was unwell. And strangely, I would feel better. But the relief was always temporary. I sought help from priests, from books, from anyone who seemed to hold wisdom, but no one could explain what was happening to me. The heaviness persisted for decades.
I spent years searching for answers, feeling lost, burdened by unexplained physical ailments—shortness of breath, fatigue, weakness. Doctors had no explanations. Friends couldn’t relate. I learned to stop speaking about it, to keep my experiences hidden. But the more I ignored my inner world, the worse I felt.
In my forties, everything shifted. A friend suggested yoga, and while it helped me physically, the deep-rooted exhaustion and sickness remained. I read everything I could about spirituality, energy, the nature of the universe—hoping to find a missing key. But even knowledge wasn’t enough. The pain didn’t subside.
By 2012, I was at my breaking point. After years of searching, struggling, and suffering, I gave up. I surrendered. I told God, “Do whatever you want with me. I can’t keep going.” And that’s when something extraordinary happened.
Automatic writing began flowing through me. Words—messages—started filling my journals. My spirit guides came through, speaking directly to me, reassuring me, lifting me up. They told me I wasn’t alone, that I was here for a reason. That I was loved. For the first time in my life, I wasn’t just receiving knowledge—I was receiving truth.
From that moment, channeling became my lifeline. Day after day, my hand would move across the page as my guides dictated wisdom, encouragement, and deep spiritual truths. I filled journal after journal, often writing multiple times a day. They told me I would write a book. I laughed—who would want to read my story? But they assured me: the words were not just mine. They were for humanity.
In 2019, I traveled to Brazil for a retreat that shifted me in ways I never expected. When I returned, a friend asked, “When are you finally going to write your book?” That question ignited something within me. I placed my hands on the keyboard and began to type—this time, channeling not just through handwriting, but through my computer. My guides continued speaking, introducing themselves as the Ascended Masters.
Still, doubt crept in. Could I trust what was coming through? Could I believe in my own connection? My guides repeated, “Trust. Trust. Trust.” It wasn’t easy, but I kept going. And then, the book was born. Awaken to Your Truth: The Time is Now was released in early 2020—just as the world was shifting into chaos. Looking back, I know the timing was no coincidence.
Since then, I have continued channeling, expanding, and embracing my purpose. Archangel Raphael comes through often, as well as other high-vibrational beings. My book has won multiple awards, but more importantly, it has touched lives. People tell me the words heal them as they read, that they feel the love infused within every message.
Alongside writing, I now work with individuals through spiritual counseling, intuitive guidance, and energy healing. I facilitate group gatherings, creating spaces where people can awaken to their own truth. I founded Awakening Your Truth, a spiritual community that meets in person, offering support, connection, and transformation.
Today, I am no longer trapped in fear. I no longer feel lost. I have learned to protect my energy, to believe in my power, and to embrace my role as a conduit for divine wisdom. My journey has been long, painful, and challenging, but it has led me here—to a life of purpose, love, and service.
I know now that my suffering wasn’t for nothing. It was preparing me to help others step into their truth. And that is exactly what I am here to do.

Session Agenda
We introduce each other and then we set intention for the session. This is followed by a cleansing and clearing mini ritual with sage to balance and harmonize the energies, along with a guided meditation to relax into the moment. (5 minutes)
I call forth Beloved God, the Universe, our Divine teams, Mother Earth, and all other high dimensional beings who wish to assist in providing healing and clarity.
I then start channeling the Divine. Whoever in the highest light that wishes to come through may come. There is usually a comforting message that comes through to begin with.
You may ask any questions you would like within the hour time frame. There is usually enough time for 5 - 6 questions as Spirit tends to elaborate.
I "come back" 10 minutes before the end of the session to discuss findings and provide clarification.
- I am in an altered state yet fully aware during the session. I recall knowledge and wisdom offered until the end of our time together.

Session Agenda
A couple days before the session, I channel a personal message for you from Spirit and send this to you by email. I do not need to know anything about you.
When we meet, we introduce each other and then I begin by setting intention for the session. This is followed by a cleansing and clearing mini ritual with sage to balance and harmonize the energies, along with a guided meditation to relax into the moment.
I call forth Beloved God, the Universe, our Divine teams, Mother Earth, and all other high dimensional beings who wish to assist in providing healing and clarity. I then recite my Light Invocation and ask you for permission to have this energy heal you today.
We begin. I ask, “What is troubling you? How may I assist?”
I listen intentionally and offer intuitive guidance that flows through me. One question leads to the other until you receive the clarity that you need. You receive tools and strategies on next steps.
We end with me leading a guided meditation to absorb all that was brought forth during the session, to thank all who came to assist, and to thank yourself for taking the time to facilitate your healing journey.
