I was raised to see the world through a wide lens. My parents were intentional about raising my brother and me in different countries, wanting us to be globally minded rather than tied to one cultural perspective. We spent summers in places like Portofino, Italy, and the Greek island of Hydra—an island with no cars, where everything was transported by donkeys. It was a place of complete freedom, a space where I could explore and just be.
Travel remained a central theme in my life well into my twenties, but it became something more—a spiritual journey. I wasn’t just moving through different locations; I was searching for something, for teachers who resonated with me. I spent time in New York, California, Argentina, and Northern Africa, immersing myself in the wisdom of those who had something to teach me. I stayed until I felt I had embodied their lessons, then moved on, carrying those teachings with me.
My first step into structured spiritual practice came through Reiki in my early twenties, which opened a deeper doorway into healing. This led me to become certified in massage, Shiatsu, and acupressure, learning how energy moves through the body in ways that modern medicine often overlooks. But my gifts had been with me since birth. I was born with a natural ability to communicate with plants and animals—not as a skill I developed, but as an intrinsic way of experiencing the world. To me, it was as natural as breathing.
When I began offering healing sessions, the plants would show up for my clients before they even arrived. A person would book a session, and certain plants would “speak” to me, making it clear they were meant for that individual. I’d infuse those plants into oils and use them in their session, creating a deeply personal, energetic exchange between nature and the person receiving the healing. This way of working with plants became my foundation—blending herbal wisdom, energetic healing, and intuitive guidance.
Over time, my offerings evolved. I moved from hands-on treatments to deeper energetic work, guiding people through unseen realms. For a while, I focused on intuitive readings, but I started to feel like I wasn’t truly serving in the way I wanted to. People weren’t stepping into their own power; they were leaning on me. I didn’t want to be the answer—I wanted to help them realize they were their own answer.
That realization led me to writing. I began creating books that guided people to access their own wisdom, to do the work themselves rather than relying on someone else to interpret their path for them. And then, on my 40th birthday, I embarked on A Course in Miracles. That year of deep, disciplined practice shifted my consciousness into a state of peace I had never experienced before. I knew I had to share what I had learned, and that’s when I created my online course, where I could support people in a way that felt aligned.
For years, I stepped away from offering one-on-one sessions. I needed to turn my energy inward, to allow my own evolution to unfold. Now, I feel called to return—but in a way that is deeply intentional. When I meet with someone, my role isn’t to give them answers. It’s to hold a frequency so high, so unwavering, that they begin to see their own life differently. I offer them another perspective—one that is empowering, expansive, and rooted in the knowing that they are in control of their own reality.
When someone sits with me, they leave feeling like they can take their life back into their own hands. They realize they aren’t victims of their circumstances. If they’ve been steeped in limiting beliefs—whether from societal conditioning, medical diagnoses, or old wounds—I help them see another way. I remind them that healing is possible, that transformation is available.
My path has always been about listening—to the plants, to the unseen realms, to the energy that guides me. I bring that same presence into every session, allowing what needs to unfold to do so naturally. My journey has shown me that true empowerment comes from within. My work is simply to reflect that truth back to those who are ready to see it.
