I was born in a small British village, a sensitive child with an active inner world and an intuitive sense that I couldn't quite explain. I often felt like the odd one out, picking up on things no one else seemed to notice, and retreating into books and imagination. At 18, I entered the world of television, joining the BBC as a secretary. That launched a vibrant media career, including early work at Channel 4 and ITV. I was part of some major broadcasting innovations, but over time, I realized I was constantly creating systems and then outgrowing them. I’ve always been a manifester—bringing things to life and then stepping into something new.
Eventually, I moved into the corporate and IT world, training others and even co-founding a company that made computer skills more accessible. But the biggest shift came with motherhood during my second marriage to an American. That relationship revealed deeper truths. It was emotionally challenging and ultimately unsustainable. But during that time, my psychic gifts started opening up in powerful ways. I began training in energy work and became certified in the EMF Balancing Technique. I also became a licensed reflexologist, which gave me the privilege of working directly with people’s energy in a grounded, hands-on way.
In 2010, when my mother passed unexpectedly after a reaction to the H1N1 vaccine, I experienced a huge spiritual opening. That loss brought me to the Akashic Records. I found Linda Howe’s work and discovered that I could access the records easily. It was like something within me finally clicked into place.
Since then, the journey has continued—through giving readings, exploring vibrational healing, and supporting people who are waking up to their own intuitive gifts. But nothing has shaped me more than the passing of my oldest daughter in 2017. That grief could have crushed me, but instead, I leaned deeply into the tools and practices I’d built over the years. I don’t think I would have survived without them.
My second child is transgender and now thriving at University.
Today, my work is a tapestry of everything I’ve lived: a fusion of energy work, soul readings, business mentoring, and deep intuitive listening. Whether my clients are going through spiritual awakenings, career transitions, or grief, I meet them from a place of lived experience, deep compassion, and multidimensional insight. I still feel that a third version of my work is emerging—one where everything I’ve done so far weaves into something even more holistic. I don’t know exactly what that looks like yet, but I’m following the call, one step at a time.
