My Story
Rita's story is one of transformation, resilience, and an ever-deepening connection to the divine. Growing up in a large, Italian-Catholic family, she was immersed in traditional belief systems that left little room for exploration. It wasn’t until her early forties that Rita began experiencing profound spiritual awakenings, leading her away from a 25-year career in corporate America.
Her journey into the spiritual realm began with angel communication, sparked by a small book gifted to her about connecting with angels. From there, her curiosity and experiences expanded exponentially. Rita began channeling during group gatherings, where her body would physically and energetically shift to allow divine entities to deliver messages through her. These experiences revealed her unique gift as a channeler, opening her to connections with ascended masters, angels, elemental forces, and even the spirit world.
Rita’s spiritual practice deepened as she started offering spiritual counseling sessions. With the guidance of Archangel Michael, she developed a symbolic language for interpreting messages and visions. Each session is an open dialogue between her clients’ guides and herself, allowing her to channel information that is both insightful and deeply healing

Session Agenda
Our session begins with a brief conversation about what prompted you to seek spiritual counseling. This is where you articulate what it is you are inquiring about and offer up your questions and intentions for the session – our starting point.
If this is your first session, I will explain a little bit about how the information comes to me and what to expect as you will hear and see me talking with the energies that are being channeled.
We will then take a moment to center ourselves through a mini-meditation of breathing and relaxing, coming into a state of relaxed awareness in order to create calm and peace in the body, clear the mind, and get grounded.
I will open to channel by using an invocation that I find helpful whereby I call in all those benevolent forces and beings to gather with us in this sacred space.
As I am channeling, you are invited to think of this session as a conversation, so questions that come up for you throughout the session are encouraged to be asked. It is an open dialog.
There may be times when I am prompted to provide some form of energetic healing in which case I will describe what is coming through for you and ask your permission to engage.
As we conclude our session, any final messages or information will be conveyed, and we will close with an expression of gratitude and love for all who participated in this session with us.
