I always felt that there was something more to life than the prescriptive, linear way, but didn’t fully understand what that way was or how to truly step into it. I was drawn to what was different, exciting and what challenged the status quo. Glimpsing and living those brief moments of true connection to joy, life and flow reminded me that it was possible to live differently to what I had been experiencing. My journey so far has been about how to truly reconnect to our incredible wisdom that is our intuition, remember what we all know is possible, taking the steps to live that and working through what is holding us back from doing so.For most of my life, I had suppressed my intuition. Society, conditioning, and fear had kept me from fully embracing it but as I quickly learnt, the universe, your body and soul has a way of making itself heard. Through a series of powerful experiences, I was shown, again and again, that intuition is a gift, and enough was enough, it was time to trust it.

From as far back as I remember, I was drawn to helping people and wanted to find a way to do that in whatever shape or form, small or large scale. I also had a deep interest in understanding people, what drives them, what holds them back, what makes them thrive and why. This has led me to working in a diverse number of sectors including emergency search and rescue, ski coaching and event organisation and now intuitive healing and guidance. Each role gave me a different perspective on what it meant to be of service, encouraged me to build my resilience, and ultimately led me to the life that I am so proud and excited to live today.

I had spent years moving through different careers and had got myself to a place that in theory, ticked all of the boxes that I thought I had wanted; I was working remotely, living on a stunning island in the Mediterranean and could travel wherever I wanted but something big was missing. In 2021, after spending time really reconnecting to what I wanted, who I was and how I wanted to show up in the world, as well as to my intuition and rediscovering myself, I felt something more was calling me.

I remember mapping out every job and role I had ever taken on, searching for the thread that connected them all. That thread was helping and being with people, creating something beautiful for them to experience with the intention of initiating some sort of sustainable impact and change. From there, I went into Holistic Life Coaching, incorporating all that I had learnt and what had helped me along my own path with the intention of giving people the tools to make their own choices on what would work best for them.

From my own experience of exploring different healing modalities, my biggest lesson was, to again, listen to my intuition. I was repeatedly shown to follow what felt right, rather than adhering to the "shoulds” or what had worked for someone else. It was about resonating with what felt truly right. It's this concept that runs through all of my work.

This foundation led me to truly trusting what was coming through with each coaching session that quickly evolved into channelling, healing and energy work. Sessions are built upon the trust that whatever is coming through is perfect and exactly what is meant to. It is not about forcing anything, it is about creating the safe space for you to be able to be curious and go deeper into what is wanting to be shown to you in that moment. Sessions can include emotional clearing, soul reconnection, past life regression, energetic alignment and clearing, all with the intention of reconnecting you to your own inner wisdom and strength.

Over time, I have being drawn to another calling, to help people build, grow and shift into creating and running soul-aligned businesses. In a world full of ‘shoulds’ and formulaic approaches to success, I help entrepreneurs, founders and c-suite strip away external expectations and create something truly sustainable, impactful and powerful whilst leading from a place of true honesty, responsibility and compassion. 

Whether in personal transformation or business, the core foundations of my work remains the same: guiding people back to their own wisdom and power.

What makes this even more exciting, is that my journey continues to evolve, just as I do. What deeply resonated last year may shift tomorrow, and I welcome that. Being a true Aquarius and Manifesting Generator, I don’t believe in rigid identities or static paths, I believe in trusting the flow, in allowing intuition to lead, and in supporting others to do the same. In every session, my intention is to hold a frequency that reminds people of what they already know deep inside: that they are capable, they are powerful, and they have everything they need to step into their next chapter.
