How Lena got here
I didn't come to this work by looking for it. In January 2023, my husband died. In the months that followed, channels opened in me that I hadn't known were there — out-of-body experiences, transmissions, a sudden and disorienting fluency with something I had no framework for.
I had two PhDs in energy markets, twenty years in senior business roles, an Executive MBA. None of it prepared me for what grief cracked open, and for a while I had no one who spoke the same language.
Eventually I found my footing. The collective I channel — The Drops, twelve high-vibrational beings from Source — named themselves early on. They show up consistently, speak clearly, and from the beginning their orientation has been toward the person in front of them, not toward themselves. They don't make predictions. They don't tell people what to do. They keep returning the question to the client: what do you already sense? What resonates?
The first time I understood this as a design rather than a limitation, something settled in me. My professional life has always run in parallel — consultancy in climate and energy policy, company leadership, cross-sector work across Europe.
I mention it not to impress but because it shapes who walks through the door. Analytically-minded people, high-achievers who feel something pulling at them but can't quite name it, people who would resist a purely intuitive practitioner — they tend to find their way to me.
I can start through the body, through physical pain as an entry point, and move from there. I can also ground people who have gone too far the other way, too unmoored from ordinary life to function in it well. What I offer now is the whole of what I've become — the business rigour, the somatic and psychological training, the shamanic work, and the channeling that arrived through loss.
I work with people who are ready to do something with what comes through. When that's present, the work can move quickly. When it isn't, I say so, and we part without drama. The right people find their way in.
