My Story
I was born and raised in Chicago and worked for years as a programmer analyst—gathering and distributing information between systems, problem-solving, and staying entirely in the realm of logic. But in 1998, everything changed. I was diagnosed with Ménière’s disease, a condition that causes intense vertigo. It quite literally knocked me off my feet and forced me to stop. Looking back, it was a divine intervention—my body telling me, “You’re done with this version of life.” That illness became my greatest teacher, and the beginning of my spiritual awakening.
Up until then, I’d always been drawn to esoteric things. I believed in past lives, astrology, and had a fascination with energy—but this experience opened a doorway I never expected. I began meditating and journeying, and I haven’t stopped since. Over time, my relationship with the unseen world deepened. I started leading others through meditations, spiritual journeys, and inner explorations, helping them connect to parts of themselves they had long forgotten.
Eventually, I moved to Sedona, Arizona, and it felt like a natural continuation of the path I was already on. Here, I now work at a resort as the senior mindfulness facilitator, leading sessions and guiding guests through deeply transformative experiences. My previous career in information systems didn’t vanish—it just evolved. Now I feel like I’m pulling information from the universal database rather than corporate ones. When I work with someone, I can intuitively gather what they need—from their soul, their energy, their story—and deliver it in a way that feels grounding, clear, and healing.
I don’t channel specific beings, but I do channel pure, higher guidance. I create safe spaces where people can open up—often in ways they never have before. I’m not here to tell people their future; I’m here to help them reconnect with their own truth. Whether through spiritual counseling, past life regression, hypnosis, or guided vision journeys, my role is to guide people inward so they can access their own wisdom, their own healing, and their own sense of peace.
In 2023, I had another major turning point—a concussion that again forced me to pause. Interestingly, the symptoms mirrored what I experienced in 1998, almost like life circling back with another reminder: “It’s time to expand.” I see now that these disruptions are initiations. They redirect me, realign me, and ultimately deepen the work I do.
My heart is especially drawn to people navigating grief, trauma, and major life transitions. These are the clients I connect with most deeply—the ones who are ready for truth, even if they don’t know it yet. I’ve had clients tell me things they’ve never told anyone before. I’ve seen people light up after years of darkness. And I’m honored every time I get to be a small part of someone’s journey home to themselves
