How Katarzyna got here
My journey has been one of resilience, curiosity, and transformation. Growing up in Warsaw, Poland, in an academic family, I excelled in intellectual pursuits, earning dual master’s degrees in Economics and European Studies. Yet, despite my academic and professional achievements, I always felt a pull toward a more personal, heart-centered path. This pull led me to venture into entrepreneurship, where I opened one of Poland’s first coffee bars. Although it ultimately didn’t succeed, it marked the beginning of my inward journey.
Life presented its share of challenges, including the loss of my parents and, more recently, my sister. These profound experiences deeply shaped me and sparked my exploration of transpersonal psychology. It was there that I encountered psychosynthesis—a practice blending traditional psychology with visualization and spiritual tools. This became the foundation of my understanding of healing.
One of my mentors, a healer from the spiritualist tradition, recognized my natural gift and guided my initial steps into energy work. I further honed my skills at the College of Psychic Studies in London, becoming an accredited energy healer. Along the way, I discovered Life Alignment, a method that resonated deeply with me, and became certified in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), which I now incorporate with intuitive channeling to clear karmic imprints, contracts, and emotional blockages.
This journey also inspired me to create a course called Wholeness, focusing on balancing the divine feminine and masculine energies within. My work is informed by my life experiences, academic background, and spiritual insights, allowing me to connect deeply with clients seeking transformation.
Now based in both North London and Warsaw, I offer online sessions and workshops to help people realign with their true selves, manifest their potential, and heal from within. My holistic and empathetic approach reflects my mission: to ease suffering and guide others toward a life of balance and authenticity.
