My first Reiki experience was in Chile, when I wasn’t feeling well and a dear friend suggested I try it. I didn’t understand how it worked, but I felt it — deeply. It nourished me at my core and brought relief on every level. Reiki became my saving grace.
In 2005, I moved to Sydney, Australia to complete my Master’s in ESL, but my symptoms worsened. Reiki was the one constant that held me together. After being diagnosed with IBS and told to “just live with it,” I chose a different path — one of alternative healing and self-discovery.
In 2006, I moved to the Australian Outback to teach at a Waldorf school. During the week I taught kindergarten; on weekends, I immersed myself in spirituality. Inspired by the healing Reiki had given me, I trained so I could access that power myself.
Living in the Red Center, I was deeply influenced by Aboriginal culture and their concept of “Dreamtime.” My own spiritual path opened in profound ways. Through daily self-Reiki, meditation, time in nature, and journeys to Uluru, I experienced a powerful awakening. My intuition and psychic abilities expanded beyond anything I had known before.
After 17 years abroad, I received clear guidance — while walking in the bush — to move to Boulder, Colorado. It wasn’t what I had planned, but I listened. And as always, Spirit led the way.
In Boulder, I began my healing practice, and my connection to the spirit realm deepened. I trained for two years at the Psychic Horizons Center, building a strong foundation in spiritual work while learning to support my highly sensitive nature.
In 2013, during a vision quest in Colombia, I received the message to become a Reiki teacher. I followed that calling and returned to Australia to train. For seven years, I taught Reiki, empowering others to trust their intuition and activate their own healing abilities.
In 2016, during a cacao ceremony in Guatemala, I was guided to begin leading ceremonies myself. Back in Boulder, I held monthly cacao ceremonies for three years, deepening my connection to Spirit and learning to trust my inner guidance.
This path naturally led me into facilitating plant medicine ceremonies in 2020. Saying yes to this work felt like stepping fully into my purpose. Witnessing transformation in ceremony continues to humble and inspire me.
In 2023, during a plant medicine journey, I was called to support the rise of the divine feminine through womb awakening. I said yes without hesitation. Guiding women back to their womb — to their power, intuition, pleasure, and truth — is some of the most meaningful work I’ve ever done.
This is my path. This is my devotion. And it continues to unfold.
