My Story
Sacred Light Integrations was born from a simple realization: life is energy. Everything we think, feel and experience carries a vibration, a frequency and when we begin to look at life through the lens of energy, we discover that nothing is ever 'wrong' - there are only patterns waiting to be understood, shifted and integrated.
My path has been one of deep exploration into how energy flows through the body, mind, and spirit. What began as search for understanding transformed into a way of living - immersed in alternative healing practices, vibrational medicine and energy techniques that realign us with our natural state of wholeness.
Through this journey, I came to embody the truth that we are not here to be fixed, but to remember who we are. By attuning to energy and listening to the subtle messages within; healing and transformation unfold naturally.
Today, through Sacred Light Integrations, I serve as a guide for those seeking to reconnect with their true selves and align with their soul's mission. As labels, certifications and various modalities have blended, at this point of my journey, the role of Integration Specialist seems most fitting as it is now time to support others in uncovering their gifts, embracing their light, and allowing their lives to flow with greater ease.
I am honored by every soul who feels called to learn more deeply about themselves and the life and world they create around them. I look forward to walking beside you - assisting to align your energy and smooth the path of life for you and those around you.
Emotional Barriers Discovery & Clearing
Description
Session Agenda
For the first few minutes, we introduce each other and you get a chance to ask me any upfront questions you may have.
We then do a simple breathing / calming technique to set the stage for the session.
I then identify the first emotion that is ready to be released, the time it became a barrier if in this lifetime. If it was from a parallel/past lifetime, I inquire if the lifetime was experienced as a male or female to provide a frame of reference. I inquire as to the area of life impacted and hone in on the specific event as detailed as possible.
We then look at the event and emotional barrier and see how it may be currently affecting your viewpoint and perspective of life now and discuss for understanding and clarity.
Once there is an understanding, and all parties ( your guides and you) feel the barrier can be released, we transmute the energy utilizing sacred geometry, white light and intention.
This process is repeated until all emotions ready to be released are released for the session.
The session is completed with flowing positive energy into the space where the barrier(s) were.
