I didn’t come into this work by accident. I was called, again and again, until I finally listened.

My spiritual journey started as a child, when my father passed. I was just 11, and I saw him clearly, tidying his room after his death. That was my first glimpse into the unseen world. But my insistence on what I saw was met with disbelief, and so I shut that part of myself down.

My mother was a theologist and librarian, with books from all over the world lining every wall. At 16, I found Who Am I? by Ramana Maharshi. It planted a seed of inquiry that would quietly grow over the years.

I later studied psychology and completed an MBA whilst climbing in my career and in business. I became a caregiver for my two sons, both neurodiverse. It was my eldest son’s sleepless nights that brought Reiki into my life. After years of failed treatments, a distant energy healer sent Reiki one night- and for the first time ever, he slept through.

I had chills. Something shifted. My son began receiving transforming energy treatments. Still, it took me ten more years to formally train. But when I finally did, I felt life force move through me. That was the moment I reconnected with my higher self. It was Spirit. It was home.

Since then, I’ve invested considerable amount of time and resources training with key mentors and teachers. I embraced all of it: Reiki, Akashic records, trauma recovery, light language, coaching, and psychology. My work is multidimensional and practical, rooted in lived experience, science, and soul. I now help others transcend stress, release old patterns, and remember who they really are - divine, whole, and powerful beyond measure.
