Your monthly Orykl subscription isn’t just about receiving practitioner benefits — it’s also your way of earning ownership in the company.

Each January, we total your contributions and record them internally as part of your Soul Equity balance. These contributions are eligible to convert into equity if you are an active Orykl practitioner at the time of an equity-triggering event (such as fundraising, acquisition, or IPO).

This means that your $10/month is not just a fee — it’s a quiet, consistent investment in a mission-driven company rooted in love, community, and the spiritual evolution of humanity.

Better yet, early practitioners get rewarded further! Those subscribed in 2024 receive 30% more equity, with 25% more for those who join in 2025, 20% in 2026, 15% in 2027, and 10% for anyone joining from 2028 onward. It's our way of rewarding further those who co-create this platform with us from the start.

Because this is about true co-creation — not from a place of control, but rather from a place of alignment. Not in separation, but in love. And when we create together from that space, we don’t just build platforms — we build a new world, inside and out.

Each January, we total your contributions for the previous year and add them to your cumulative Soul Equity balance. Instead of issuing a formal SAFE at that point, we provide you with a written confirmation letter summarising your contributions and acknowledging them as part of your potential future equity in Orykl.

Your contributions are tracked internally and securely recorded. A SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) is only issued if an equity-triggering event occurs while you are still an active Orykl practitioner.

At that point, your accumulated contributions may convert into equity, with the number of shares calculated based on your total contribution, Orykl’s valuation at the time, and your applicable early-joiner discount.

Early contributors continue to benefit from their original discount terms provided they remain active at the time of conversion.

If you choose to contribute your time, you’ll receive equity based on the hours you work. We’ve put together a list of available roles (see below), or you can propose your own based on what you love doing and where you feel most impactful. Every contribution is valued — and counted.

You’re invited to contribute to Orykl in a role that feels genuinely aligned with your skills, interests, and energy. You can choose from open roles or propose your own way of contributing. The intention is for this work to feel purposeful, collaborative, and enjoyable — not like traditional “work for equity.”

All contributions begin with a gentle 3-month trial period. During this time, you track your hours and settle into the role. Equity is only recognised once the full trial is completed, ensuring mutual alignment and a grounded, long-term fit.

Contributions are valued at $50 per hour, with a maximum of 20 hours per person per month. This structure is designed to support sustainability and ease, while still meaningfully recognising your time and energy.

The approved hours you contribute during the year are recorded and added to your Soul Equity Contribution Summary. These contributions accumulate over time and form part of your future equity in Orykl, to be converted when an equity-triggering event occurs.
